Refund and Returns Policy

At Bubble Slides Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your shoes for any reason, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Here are our return and refund guidelines:

• All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box.
• You must include a copy of your receipt with your return.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.
• We do not accept returns on sale items.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item securely in its original box.
2. Include a copy of your receipt in the box.
3. Affix the provided return shipping label to the box.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or color, please follow the same return instructions above. Once we receive your return, we will ship you the new size or color.
